Overview
HR Technology (HRT) Consultants is a leading provider of management consulting

Knowledge Management Portal solution a cornerstone of the company's consulting
methodology. Septura Wisdom has also enhanced HTR business processes by
providing consultants with easy access to enterprise data, such as HR
forms and policies, Company News etc. as well as access to knowledge base
and experience gained on past projects.
Septura Wisdom is used to manage the knowledge contained in documents,
collaboration messages, on the corporate intranet, and on the Internet.
As a result, when consultants are preparing proposals for new customers
based on ease of the search capability on similar projects, technologies,
markets, etc., to capture the best practices.
Septura Wisdom solution is designed based on Microsoft standard platform
that is integrated with Office XP and Microsoft Windows®, so that
consultants can search the document repository directly from within applications
like Microsoft Word or Excel. This enables consultants to quickly find
documents, check information, and extract data without ever leaving their
Office application.
Consultant managers can track the progress of projects through subscriptions
that notify them when key documents are created or modified.
Integration with Enterprise Back end SystemsHTR uses Septura Wisdom to
unlock the data stored in their enterprise CRM system, making customer
information accessible to all consultants, whether they are at their desks
or at a remote location such as a customer site.

On the Septura Wisdom Portal site, the Wisdom Channel give usersí
access to the back-end CRM system, which contains the most recent and
accurate background information about every one of HTR customers and their
prospects through a search dialog box. The system supports remote users
across the intranet or Internet.
